Cancellation Policy

At SkinSmart, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window, a fee of up to 25% of the scheduled appointment may apply. In the event of a "no-show," a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled appointment may be incurred.

We understand that life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel your appointment.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we recognize that emergencies or inclement weather may prevent a 24-hour notice. These situations will be taken into consideration.
